[O] Contemporary Ballet [12+]
Contemporary Ballet classes are designed to prepare and strengthen your body for everyday challenges inside and outside dance room. During the classes we will focus on working with balance, peace of mind and coordination. We will look for personal, functional access – this will allow us to take a new look at ballet techniques with deep traditions. The aim of the classes is to discover the freedom of the body in ballet technique and make it more receptive to other modes of movement and to open wider opportunities for self-expression for creators and dancers.
