Breakdance lessons are designed for complete beginners. In these classes, we will learn the basic elements of breakdance and their interaction with each other, creating a dance flow. Breakdance will help to befriend your body, feel free when moving in space, on the ground or standing up.
Breakdance is an extremely physical and fast dance, so during the classes we will strengthen our bodies by learning the basic movements, breaking them down into smaller parts and learning to put them back together again. We will pay a lot of attention to developing the technique of the movements, but at the same time we will also develop the ability to freely improvise with them and use them as a starting point for the further development of dancers, both physically and creatively.
During the classes, we will develop not only the basics of dance and movement, but also social skills, self-confidence, a healthy lifestyle and creativity, which become an integral part of a maturing personality. Dancers will have the opportunity to perform at school and city events, festivals, and dance battles.
