Presentation of an excerpt from the dance performance “Vienudu”

The tandem of Laurynas Žakevičius and Rokas Šaltenis will explore the movements and flow of breakdance, juxtaposing them with Lithuanian folk dance, in search of a bodily, tangible form for the dancer’s identity. Becoming mirror reflections of each other, in today’s hustle and bustle of opinions and stereotypes, the dancers will try to look back at themselves, their strength in sensitivity and their sense of self in the other.
