Dance classes

Low Air dance classes are not only about improving technique, but also about developing sensitivity. Here, we train not only the body, but also emotional sensitivity, learning to better understand ourselves and others. In classes, we explore dance as a part of life – its connections to culture, history, and our everyday lives. The body is our connection to the environment, people, and time. Dance teachers do not so much shape as invite us to let go of ingrained movements and automatic habits, to open up movement as a way of thinking, communicating, and questioning.

Performances

Low Air performances are choreographic explorations in which the body becomes a field of sensory perception and movement becomes a way of articulating, questioning, and connecting. We experiment with interdisciplinary forms – between the cultural roots of hip-hop and the expression of physical theater, from street code to stage structures – not to blend into the existing canon, but to dismantle, rethink, and recreate it.  Not only the body moves on stage, but also time, materials, collective memory, city topography, and their intersections — these are the territories where new texts of movement and meaningful trajectories unfold.

Events

Low Air events are an interdisciplinary space where dance functions as a performative social action—an intersection of body, city, and time where traditional boundaries of art are consciously broken. These are not only art performances, but also platforms for creating collective experiences that encourage openness, transformation, and empathy.
