Teachers
Low Air teachers are not only professional dance practitioners, but also sensitive interpreters of the language of movement, capable of conveying both technique and its underlying meaning. When teaching dance, they talk about the styles and cultures that shaped them, about the myths that still resonate through movement. They train not only the body, but also cultivate discipline, inspire, motivate, teach how to listen, and how to be with oneself and others. They believe that dance is not only an art, but also a way to grow: physically, emotionally, and socially. Therefore, lessons become not only training sessions, but also a space where conscious movement, authentic relationships, and inner strength are born.
