{:lt}Vaiva Paukštė – šokio mokytoja, profesionali kūrėja ir šokio atlikėja. Paauglystėje susidomėjusi gatvės šokiais, vėliau patraukė šiuolaikinio šokio keliu. 2021 m. „Codarts“ menų akademijoje įgijo šokio bakalauro laipsnį. Universitete Vaiva kasdien šoko šiuolaikinio šokio, baleto paskaitose, taip pat atliko L. Childs, A. Foniadakio, F. Landerer’io, W. McGregoro, M. Graham, L. Zachar’o ir kitų garsių choreografų darbus, dalyvavo kūrybiniuose projektuose. 2023 m. baigė teatro meno, režisūros magistrą Lietuvos Muzikos ir Teatro Akademijoje. Studijų metu sukūrė spektaklį „Sapnuojanti gražuolė“, už kurį 2023 m. buvo nominuota Auksiniam scenos kryžiui Jaunojo menininko kategorijoje. Taip pat kartu su rež. M. Ivanausku sukūrė spektaklį „Užusienis“ Klaipėdos lėlių teatre bei kelis trumpesnius darbus: „Ei, tėvai!“, „Sriuba“ (su M. Ivanausku), „Kontekstas Kabo“ (su Adrian Carlo Bibiano). Vaiva taip pat nepastoviai dėsto Lietuvos muzikos ir teatro akademijoje ir veda Šiuolaikinio šokio asociacijos organizuojamus trenažus profesionalams.

Šiuo metu Vaiva nardo tarp dviejų profesijų: kartais šoka scenoje, kartais kuria ir sėdi technikų budelėje, kartais bėga kokioje nors reklamoje, kartais moko Low Air šokio namuose, o nuo rugsėjo pradės ir meno doktorantūros studijas Lietuvos muzikos ir teatro akademijoje.

TRYS ESMINIAI ĮVYKIAI:

– Trečioje klasėje pamatytas Airidos pažengusiųjų grupės „Locked Signs“ pasirodymas ir jį lydėjęs sprendimas būti šokėja.

– Auksinio scenos kryžiaus’23 nominacija Jaunojo menininko kategorijoje už spektaklį „Sapnuojanti gražuolė“.

– Katino Viesulo įsikatinimas.

In her teens, she became interested in street dance, and later took the path of contemporary dance. In 2021, she received a bachelor’s degree in dance from the Codarts Academy of Arts. At the university, Vaiva danced daily in contemporary dance and ballet lectures, and also performed works by L. Childs, A. Foniadakis, F. Landerer, W. McGregor, M. Graham, L. Zachar and other famous choreographers, and participated in creative projects. In 2023, she graduated with a master’s degree in theater arts and directing from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater. During her studies, she created a performance „The Dreaming Beauty”, for which she was nominated for the Golden Stage Cross in the Young Artist category in 2023. Also, together with dir. M. Ivanauskas created a performance „Užusienis” at the Klaipėda Puppet Theatre and several shorter works: „Hey, dad!”, „Soup” (with M. Ivanauskas), „Kontekstas Kabo” (with Adrian Carlo Bibiano). Vaiva also teaches part-time at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre and leads trainings for professionals organized by the Contemporary Dance Association.

Currently, Vaiva is diving between two professions: sometimes she dances on stage, sometimes she creates and sits in the technician’s booth, sometimes she runs in some commercial, sometimes she teaches at the Low Air dance school, and from September she will begin her doctoral studies in art at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.

THREE KEY EVENTS:

– In the third grade, she saw a performance by Airida’s advanced group „Locked Signs” and the decision to become a dancer followed.

– Golden Stage Cross’23 nomination in the Young Artist category for the performance „Dreaming Beauty”.
