{:lt}Rokas Šaltenis, Lietuvos bei tarptautinėje breiko scenoje geriau žinomas kaip Rukus, pradėjo šokti 2000-aisiais metais. Nuo to laiko Rokui teko dalyvauti daugybėje tiek vietinio, tiek ir aukščiausio lygio pasaulinių breiko renginių – nuo šokio kovų iki sceninių šokio-teatro pasirodymų; nuolatos semtis žinių iš gatvės šokio kultūros legendų bei šių dienų talentų; dalintis sukaupta patirtimi vedant seminarus bei reguliarius užsiėmimus įvairaus amžiaus ir pajėgumo šokėjams. Didžiąją savo profesionalaus šokėjo laiko dalį Rokas praleido Anglijoje, kur su komanda intensyviai vystė bendruomeninę veiklą, organizuodami įvairius, su breiko šokiu ir hip hop kultūra susijusius renginius, tarp kurių ir pasaulyje pagarsėjęs Just Jam Intl. 2023 m. ir 2025 m. Rokas tapo vaikinų grupės Lietuvos breiko čempionu. 2023 m. atstovavo Lietuvą Pasaulio breiko čempionate Belgijoje, o 2025 metais vyks atstovauti į Japoniją.
Kartu su Airida Gudaite ir Laurynu Žakevičiumi, 2024 m. sukūrė šokio spektaklį „Vienudu“, už kurį 2024 m. kūrybinė komanda buvo nominuota Auksiniam Scenos Kryžiui choreografijos ir šokėjo kategorijoje.

{:}{:en}Rokas Šaltenis, better known as Rukus on the Lithuanian and international breakdance scene, started dancing in 2000. Since then Rokas has had the opportunity to take part in numerous local and world-class breakdance events – from dance battles to stage dance-theatre performances; to learn from legends of the street dance culture and today’s talents; to share his experience in workshops and regular classes for dancers of different ages and abilities. Most of his time as a professional dancer has been spent in England, where he and his team have been intensively involved in community work, organising various events related to breakdance and hip hop culture, including the world-famous Just Jam Intl.

In 2023 and 2025, Rokas became the Lithuanian boys’ breakdance champion. In 2023, he represented Lithuania at the World Breakdance Championship in Belgium, and in 2025, he will represent Lithuania in Japan.
Together with choreographers, co-creators of „Low Air” Airida Gudaite and Laurynas Žakevičius, in 2024 he created the dance performance „Together Alone”, for which the creative team was nominated for the Golden Stage Cross in the choreography category, and Rokas Šaltenis and Laurynas Žakevičius in the dancer category.
THREE KEY EVENTS:
– The first year of acquaintance and experimentation with street culture and breakdancing in Lithuania – everything was so fresh, so interesting and so „cool” – an extraordinary attraction!
– UK and around the world with the Bad Taste Cru team – breakbeat becomes the axis of life, around which everything else starts to fly just out of inertia. It’s where the most amazing friendships were made, the greatest achievements were made, the furthest trips were made and, of course, the most work and effort is put in.
– The course in Sweden, the individual wanderings, the ongoing search for oneself in dance and beyond.
